Thingol " Robe Grise ", " Manteau Gris " (en quenya, Sindacollo, Singollo), nom sous lequel fut connu à Beleriand Elwë, chef avec son frère Olwë de la légion des Teleri partie de Cuiviénen, puis Roi de Doriath. Appelé aussi le Roi caché.
