 Terve Maria

Listen to the text

Terve, Maria, armoitettu,
Herra sinun kanssasi;
Siunattu sinä naisten joukossa
ja siunattu kohtusi hedelmä Jeesus.
Pyhä Maria, Jumalan äiti,
rukoille meidän synisten puolesta
nyt ja kuolemamme hetkellä.

Aamen.

Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with thee;
blessed art thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

The translation is the English version of this Roman Catholic prayer.

This text was recorded by Petri Tikka, who has Finnish as mother tongue. Thank you, Petri !
