Par ailleurs, j'ai réussi à dégoter une version épurée de la trilogie de PJ appelée Sharkey's Purist Edit.
Elle a été réalisée par le club des fans de Tolkien de l'université d'Oxford. Ils ont été jusqu'à rajouter des voix.

The Entmoot makes the correct decision the first time, to attack Isengard, and do so. Merry and Pippin are not sent home to the Shire.
