Pour <i>Eluchil</i> je peux au moins répondre : le second élément est <b>hîl</b> 'heir' ("héritier"), apparaissant sous la forme mutée °<b>chil</b> suite à une évolution phonétique. Le nom signifie donc bien "Héritier d'Elu (Thingol)".
