Meneldur,<p>Intéressant... Je ne connaissais que le cas de "Rolozo". Je ne vais pas non plus les chercher tous, mais un brin de googlisation m'a donné ça:<br><blockquote><small>"I am the webmaster of the Tolkienion website. This is because The JRR Tolkien Estate Limited does not allow Lord of the Rings-fans to make their own maps of the Middle-earth world."<br><blockquote>"While I am aware that you and many other genuine fans will be disappointed in not being able to include your maps on websites, such maps are nonetheless infringements of my clients' copyright." -- James Mitchell, Manches LLP (UK law-firm acting for The JRR Tolkien Estate Limited)</blockquote><br></small></blockquote><p>C'est certainement un brin abusif dans ce cas-là (il s'agissait effectivement de reproductions artistiques et pas simplement de scans des livres), mais la Tolkien Estate est cependant dans son droit.<p>Bigre, je me demande ce qui se passerait s'ils décidaient d'en faire autant pour les langues! ;o)<p>Ceci dit, il conviendrait de revoir l'article Wikipédia mentionné plus haut. Ma critique initiale portait surtout sur les nombreuses affirmations non étayées que l'on lisait dans le fuseau.
