Dans le fameux "Of the laws and customs among the Eldar...", on trouve le passage que j'ai déjà cité plus haut :
"The Eldar wedded for the most part in their youth and soon after their fiftieth year".
Et un peu plus loin :
"Their time of generation was in their youth or earlier life, unless strange and hard fates befell them. But at whatever age they married, their children were born within a short space of years after their wedding. *
* Short as the Eldar reckoned time. In mortal count there was often a long interval between the wedding and the first child-birth, and even longer between child and child."
Je sais que ce n'est pas très précis puisque immortels et mortels n'ont pas tout à fait la même notion du temps, mais cela donne une indication quand même...
