Je viens de vérifier ce que dit Tolkien de Wormtongue dans son
Guide to the Names in The Lord of the Rings.
On peut donc lire :
Wormtongue. 'Modernized' form of the nickname of Gríma, the evil counsellor of Rohan: Rohan wyrm-tunga 'snake-tongue'. Translate by sense.

snake-tongue = Langue de Serpent, Ledoux traduit donc correctement le prénom de notre conseiller favori.
D'ailleurs, "Langue de Serpent" rend tout à fait je crois l'idée de perfidie que j'impute ci-dessus aux dragons. Ce nom est aussi plus suggestif pour celui qui ne connait pas l'histoire des Dragons chez Tolkien.
Mais je redis mon enthousiasme pour ce "Langue de Dragon" ;-)
