Retour sur <i>Arda Remade</i> (<i>Arda Re-made</i>).<p>* En faveur de <i>Arda Remodelée</i>, on peut faire appel à [HoME X, p.72, §38] :<p><font color="#000080">In the changes of the world the shapes of lands and of seas have been <b>broken and remade</b>; [...]</font><p>* Mais d'autres utilisations de l'adjectif <i>remade</i> soulignent l'aspect <i>vivifiant</i> du terme plutôt que son caractère <i>mécanique</i> :<p><font color="#000080"> Eru answered: 'Let the body <i>that was destroyed</i> <b>be re-made</b>. Or let the naked fëa be <i>re-born</i> as a child.' </font>[X,p.362] <br>(on ne remodèle pas avec de la matière détériorée ou disparue)<p><font color="#000080">'Asleep or awake, they say nothing clearly,' answered Andreth. In <b>Arda Re-made</b> Elves and Men will each separately find joy and content, and an interplay of friendship, a bond of which will be the Past. <br>Andreth says that in that case the disaster to Men was appalling; for this re-making (if indeed it was the proper function of Men) cannot now be achieved.</font> [X, p.333]<br>(certes 'remade' apparaît avec l'idée de production mais aussi et surtout avec l'idée qu'Eru fait toutes choses nouvelles et ne se contente pas de 'réparer' les choses passées détériorées)<p><br><font color="#000080">But that "<b>Arda Healed</b>" (or <b>Remade</b>) shall not be "Arda Unmarred", but <i>a third thing and a greater</i>.</font> [X, p.351]<p>Cette dernière citation qui établit l'équivalence entre <i>Arda Healed</i> et <i>Arda Remade</i> me semble confirmer la prépondérance de l'aspect vivifiant (régénérateur) devant l'aspect mécanique (ordonnateur) tous deux contenus dans <i>remade</i> : voilà pourquoi il mesemble préférable d'utiliser <i>Arda Regénérée</i> plutôt qu'<i>Arda Remodelée</i> (même si cette dernière expression est plus 'jolie' ;-))<p>Sosryko
